I cater to the needs of my clients' and their people and will even book appointments with specific drop off and pick up times.
Hi my name is Echo Willier and I take great pride in my work and great care with my clients. A bit of my background:
I completed a one year course in Animal Care in Brampton Ontario, which covered a wide array of subjects from grooming, to vet tech, to zoo animal care.
Following that, I completed my Bachelors Undergraduate degree in sociology and anthropology at Dalhousie University in Halifax. During this time, I was also working as a dog groomer.
I moved to Calgary some years later and continued working hard to learn and practice as much as I could relative to dog grooming. I later joined a grooming shop where I was encouraged to complete my Master Groomer's Certificate.
I succeeded in earning the National Certified Terrier, Sporting and Non Sporting Groomer certificates, along with the overall certificate as National Certified Master Groomer.
Throughout the years I have had the pleasure to act as an instructor for other groomers with a passion for what they do, and continue to do that to this day. I have also been involved in a grooming shop program where workshops were held for dog owners who wanted to learn basic dog grooming skills.
My goal is to become the "neighborhood groomer" for the small dogs of Inglewood and Ramsay in central Calgary. However, customers from all parts of the city are welcome. I strive to provide a safe, calm, enjoyable grooming experience for my clients and their people.
